We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Our Services
WingsRoute provides travel planning, advisory, and booking services including but not limited to:
- Holiday package planning and booking
- Flight and hotel reservations
- Visa advisory and documentation guidance
- Travel insurance recommendations
- Destination advice and itinerary creation
All services are subject to availability and confirmation. WingsRoute acts as an agent on behalf of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) and is not itself the provider of travel services.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to the availability and terms of the respective supplier at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from WingsRoute.
Pricing is subject to change until a booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors prior to confirmation. Full payment or deposit amounts as specified at time of booking must be received to secure a reservation.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Balance payments are due by the date specified in your booking confirmation.
- Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by supplier and package type. The following general policies apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: Deposit forfeited; remainder refunded.
- 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total package cost non-refundable.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total package cost non-refundable.
- Specific packages may carry different cancellation terms, which will be specified at booking.
All refund requests must be made in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14–21 working days.
5. Limitation of Liability
WingsRoute acts solely as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers, force majeure events, acts of God, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.
6. Travel Documents & Visas
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold valid travel documents including passport, visas, health certificates, and any other required documentation. WingsRoute provides general visa advisory information only and does not guarantee visa approval. We accept no liability for denied entry or immigration consequences.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. WingsRoute is not responsible for costs arising from medical emergencies, trip cancellation, loss of luggage, or other unforeseen events.
8. Code of Conduct
All travellers are expected to behave responsibly and in accordance with local laws and customs. WingsRoute reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose conduct is deemed disruptive, illegal, or contrary to the well-being of other travellers or local communities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of WingsRoute or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
